Before You Sign Up — Read This

Tyktt is a B2B travel platform — every account goes through a quick verification step. The four sections below walk you through exactly what to do, what arrives in your inbox, and how to set your password on first sign-in. Once you're verified and logged in, the rest of the platform tutorial unlocks automatically.

Chapter 1 · Getting Started
1
Step One

Sign Up & Submit Your Documents

Visit the sign-up page and pick the account type that matches how you operate today — not where you hope to be in a year:

Private Account

For solo travel agents and freelancers. Quickest to set up and only requires your personal ID.

Corporate Account

For registered agencies with multiple staff. Unlocks team roles, API access, agency-wide settings & more.

What you'll fill in: first & last name, email, phone (with country dial-code picker), country, state, city, address, and your preferred currency. Corporate accounts also add their company name, business phone, and the director's information.

And in the same form, you'll upload your verification documents:

  • Private: a clear scan or photo of a valid government ID (Passport or National ID).
  • Corporate: three documents — business certificate, company registration document, and the director's ID.

The form validates each field as you type, and the Submit button stays disabled until everything (including the file uploads) checks out. Currency is auto-detected from your timezone, but you can change it.

Blurry, cropped or expired documents are the #1 reason for rejection. Make sure all four corners are visible and the text is legible.
2
Step Two

Watch Your Inbox — Registration Acknowledgement

The moment you submit, Tyktt sends a Registration Acknowledgement email to the address you signed up with. It confirms we've received your application and that your documents are now under review by the Tyktt team.

If we need anything else from you — a clearer scan, an updated certificate, or extra information — we'll reach out to you on that same email. So keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder) over the next few business days.

You don't need to log in or do anything yet — just wait for the next email. Reviews typically take 1–3 business days.
3
Step Three

Account Approved — Your Login Details Arrive

Once Tyktt approves your application, you'll receive a second email — "Welcome to Tyktt — Account Approved". This is the email that turns your account live.

Inside, you'll find the three pieces of information you'll need to sign in for the very first time:

Email

The same email you registered with — it doubles as your username.

Access Code

Your unique agency code (e.g. NG-A12345). It identifies your agency on every booking and every login.

Temporary Password

A 12-character one-time password we generate for you. You'll replace it the first time you log in.

Tip: Don't share this email with anyone. The Access Code + Temporary Password combo is enough for someone to sign in as you until you change it.
4
Step Four

First Sign-In & Set Your New Password

Open the sign-in page and enter all three details from the approval email — your email, access code, and the temporary password. Hit Sign In.

Because the password we sent is temporary, Tyktt will redirect you to a Set New Password screen. Pick a strong password (at least 8 characters), confirm it, and save. You'll be logged out automatically.

Now sign in one more time — this time with your email + access code + the new password you just chose. You'll land on the dashboard with the full platform unlocked.

You're in! From here on you only need your email, access code and your own password to sign in.
Forgot something? The sign-in page has two recovery links: Forgot Password (we'll email you a reset link) and Forgot Access Code (we'll email your access code to the address on file). Both work even after first sign-in.

Ready to onboard your agency?

You've seen the full onboarding flow — now create your account. The rest of the platform tutorial (booking flights, hotels and insurance, the wallet, settings, your team and rewards) unlocks the moment your account is approved and you sign in for the first time.
